Hexal World was established in 2023 in Cairo, Egypt, as a manufacturer and distributor of cosmetic products, fresh wipes, and food supplements in Egypt, the Middle East, and Africa.

We currently toll-manufacture premium products under the strictest quality control and hygiene measures made from natural ingredients while we build our state-of-the-art production facility in Borg Elarab Industrial Zone, in Alexandria, Egypt.
